All my contacts have disappeared. What should I do?

You may have signed in under a different account (you previously used an ICQ account, but you have signed in using a new phone account). Be sure that you have signed in using your account:

  1. Go to your profile
  2. Compare the UIN in the profile with your UIN

If the UINs do not match, tap the "Sign out" button and sign in under the correct account using your UIN/password.
